Robot Welder Operator

Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Robot Welding Operator to join our busy manufacturing team based in Halifax, West Yorkshire

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating robotic welding machines safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading metal components into welding fixtures
• Monitoring welding processes and checking weld quality
• Carrying out visual inspections on finished products
• Reporting faults, defects, or machine issues to supervisors
• Performing basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance checks
• Reading and following engineering drawings and production instructions
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times
• Working as part of a team to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Experience operating robotic welding equipment advantageous
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible towards overtime and shift work if required

We are looking for

1 x AM shift - 6am to 2pm

1 x PM shift - 2pm to 10pm
